EMPOWERED HOME INSPECTIONS

I'm a Certified Professional, Master Home Inspector (CPI, CMI). I have been in the home renovation and repair industry since 1992. I began my Home Inspection career in January, 2017.

And as a woman Home Inspector, I provide same day detailed home inspection reports including pictures and clear explanations. When possible, I like going on rooftops, in attics, and in crawlspaces. I make sure I provide guidance for the systems of your home.

I became an inspector because I wanted to know what an inspector looks for in a home.

I am better than the rest because I am the one that wants to give the honest response to every question based on my experience and training/education.

I am passionate about inspections because I want you to feel confident in the biggest purchase you may make. (Every client can’t wait to buy the house that I can’t wait to inspect.) I understand that nearly every house may have a need and I like to help discover what it is.

Buddy is a flat-coated retriever rescued from No Dog Left Behind in May of 2021 and he has been the best dog we could ever ask for. He checked all the boxes and we fell in love with his amazing personality: confident, energetic, food motivated, and a perfect family dog.
