You guys, I have the best friend and realtor! Garrin just brought this gift in after we got back from dinner and I was just blown away! Tammi Hoerner was absolutely the BEST to work with…I couldn’t even BEGIN to tell you! Every time there was something that came up, Tammi was there simply with, “What can I do?” Not only was she there for open houses (multiple), showings (that she didn’t have to) but, one time even showed up with my favorite tea and a screwdriver- ready to put furniture together for staging! Seriously. If anyone is looking for the BEST realtor and friend- they HAVE to hit Tammi up. Look no further…she is second to none!

When our property tax assessment increased over 30%, I reached out to Tammi to inquire about pulling comps so that we could appeal.  She quickly responded and offered to pull them at no charge!  Who does anything for "no charge" anymore?  With that act of kindness, we will keep her in mind if we ever decide to move and also refer her to our friends!  What a pleasure it is to deal with Tammi!

As everyone knows, the housing market is crazy here in Denver, when myself, my wife, and my friend all decided to look for a house to purchase.  Tammi came in as a recommendation to my friend and we couldn't be happier with her knowledge, attentiveness, and guidance through our first home buying experience.

There are always horror stories that you hear with realtors, but Tammi was by far the best we could have hoped for.  We were one of the lucky people who were able to find a house, get our offer accepted, and eventually close on the house.  As stated previously, her guidance was key for not becoming overly stressed out about the long arduous process that is home buying.  Tammi is one of those realtors that you have for the rest of your life and you could never go wrong by choosing her!
